🪙 Add support for Token usage metadata

As our token systems get larger, we would like some way to audit our tokens and see some metadata about its usage so we can decide how updating or deprecating a token might impact our larger system. The community requests for usage metadata include:

• # of times a token has been applied locally (same document) and across a series of documents (non-local, multi-file component library systems)

  • Component vs variant could get interesting with a count

• which tokens are currently not being used

• type of usage of token

  • connected to a style or variable figma

  • applied as design property

• where the token is being referenced/ alias tokens connected

  • Including within math equations and complex token values

• date/time last applied

• where in the file the tokens are being used (components/layers)

Improve the user experience of token maintainers by exposing usage metadata about their tokens so they can better understand the impact of changing / deprecating tokens before they take action.
